Bloofah Returns & Refund Policy

At Bloofah, every product is handled with care and hygiene. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, our return policy is designed to balance customer safety, fairness, and product integrity.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused

The bottle must be unopened

The safety seal must be intact

The product must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Important: Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened bottles

Products with broken seals

Used supplements

Items purchased on sale or during promotions

Gift cards

Custom or special-order products

This policy exists to protect our customers and ensure product integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bloofah.com with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reason for return

Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount

For this reason, we do not offer refunds based solely on perceived effectiveness.
